An Overview of Lifestyle Medicine
Learning Outcomes:

  • At the end of this educational activity, the learner will report increased confidence in describing lifestyle medicine and how it impacts chronic diseases.
  • At the conclusion of the educational activity, the participants will self-report knowledge gain of how to improve self-care/lifestyle behaviors.
  • At 6 months post-program, 75% of participants (who complete the survey) will report that they are using current guidelines and best practices in the care of patient with chronic disease and at risk of chronic disease
