This session will provide pertinent updates to heart failure care delivery. Specifically, updates in guidelines will be provided.

• Recall importance of initiating evidence-based guideline directed medical therapy
• Discuss care across the heart failure spectrum including pertinent updates to the management of comorbid conditions
