At the conclusion of this educational activity, the participants will self-report knowledge gain of the latest hypertrophic cardiomyopathy guidelines.
At 6 months post-program, we hope for at least 50% of participants will self-report they are using the latest hypertrophic cardiomyopathy guidelines into practice.
