Purpose Statement
This course will begin with a review of central sleep apnea to include pathophysiology, incidence and clinical significance in the heart failure populations. We will discuss screening modalities and treatment options. The goal of this course is for attendees to develop a framework for understanding central sleep apnea and to develop screening pathways in heart failure settings.
